A solvent free, low odour, two-part epoxy resin coating, typically used as a surface damp proof membrane and water vapour suppressant.
Tri-seal is suited for use as a damp proofing system beneath raised access floors, in plant rooms and bunded areas. It is also suitable for application on damp surfaces, such as sand/cement and concrete floors subject to rising damp or containing residual construction moisture.
The system can be use as a vapour barrier, applied internally to concrete, for example, to attain a Grade 4 basement, as described in BS 8102.
Tri-seal can be blinded over with Triton coarse and fine aggregates to provide slip-resistant finishes or, to form a key for renders, bonded screeds and tiles. Tri-seal is suitable for areas on the negative side of construction only where it will not be subject to positive hydrostatic pressure.

Trimol 40 is typically used to provide a damp proof membrane on walls and floors, either, as a stand-alone system as a wearing surface, or in a sandwich
construction between sand and cement renders.
The product is suitable for a range of substrates and damp surfaces including brick, concrete, stone and cement renders.
After full cure Trimol 40 resists petrol, oil and mild chemicals.
Application is by brush or roller.
